Once a booking has been confirmed and a deposit received,
there can be NO CHANGES to your booking.
Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured. Deposit 20% of the total booking is required, with a minimum deposit of $100.00 on short bookings.Deposit is required within 14 days to confirm booking. Balance of account is due and payable on arrival. Bookings will not be held without a deposit.
Refunds: All booking cancellations will attract a $50.00 adminstration fee. Where less than 28 days notice is given there will be no refund. Christmas School Holidays require at least 60 days notice. NO REFUNDS on early departures. An additional charge will apply for extra quests. We do not guarantee unit allocation to a particular apartment unless requested. We accept EFTPOS, Mastercard, Cash or Cheque.
